Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser k_kayley@hotmail.com
Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Location
Entry Conditions
- The event will be run in accordance with Pony Club Eventing Rules 2025 and competitors in all classes must comply with those rules.
- Competitors must comply with 2025 hat, body protector, whip rules and responsible adult must be present with any competitor under the age of 18.
- All competitors should print off and bring their own numbers and bibs. Please make sure that the number is sufficiently large to be legible to judges and stewards.
- Competitors must report to the tack-checking steward 20 minutes before their dressage time.
- A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the horse/pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by event officials. Vaccinations must be in accordance with the Pony Club Vaccination Rule 2025.
- Non-Pony Club members are not covered by the Pony Club insurance policy. Every competitor must either be a member of the Pony Club or have third party liability insurance and be able to show evidence of such insurance if asked.
- Any unsafe behaviour or behaviour deemed detrimental to a horse or pony’s welfare (e.g. excessive use of the whip or spurs) may at the organisers’ discretion result in the competitor being asked to leave the course.
- Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
- Please bring water supplies.
- The decisions of the committee and judges are final.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
