No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

Entry information
Enter online at www.horse-events.co.uk – All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis.
Entry Fees: Team 3 or 4 riders per team and Individual.
£17 per individual.
£12 per individual for classes held in Ring 1
Entries are limited to 2 teams per class for each pony club, and 2 individuals per class.
If entries allow for more after the closing date we will open up more slots and inform DCs
With high numbers of entries and 2 rounds, this makes for a long day, so please be prepared for this and plan your classes accordingly
If you would like to edit your horse or rider details, change class, cancel your entry before the closing date of the event, please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the Edit Entry’ Tab.

Numbers can be printed from here- all competitors will require their own number bibs
Additional Details
All ponies in ring 1 must be under 148cms
These classes will be a one round of jumps with the second part of the course being timed
Riders entered in class 1a are not permitted to enter any other class

Terms and Conditions
1. All classes will be judged under the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2025
2. Teams to consist of three or four Competitors
3. Rider and horse/pony combinations may not enter the same class in two teams or twice in the same team & neither may the pony/horse.
4. Any horse/pony are only permitted to jump in a maximum of 2 classes
5. Teams will jump 2 rounds, with the exception of those competing in Ring 1, (even if eliminated in the first round) and riders in each, jump in succession in both rounds.
6. The total of the best three scores to count in each round. That total is carried forward to the second round. The highest score is discarded in each round and may or may not be the scores of the same competitor.
7. The second round will be timed and may be over a shortened, amended course.
8. Placings are decided on final faults and in the event of equality, the total lowest times of the best 3 rounds in those teams will decide the placing.
9. All competitors who go clear in 1st round become eligible for individual placings, adding their score to their second round score.
10. Individuals will jump once all the teams have jumped.
11. Individuals will jump second round in the same order as the first round.
12. Individual rider and horse/pony combination may not also compete in the team.
13. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone to whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or the Soham and District Branch of the Pony Club or the owners of the venue or any other agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts liability for any accident, loss,damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, cars, and their contents or accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
14. The organisers of the event have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the Officers and Stewards.
15. The judges’ decision is final
