Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. After the closing date if allowed please make any additional changes via your horse events account. If you unable to please contact Horse Events direct via our Contact Page
Refunds
Refund all entries in full any time up until the date of the event.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
Changes after closing date
After the closing date if allowed please make any additional changes via your horse events account. If you unable to please contact Horse Events Direct info@horse-events.co.uk. There may be a fee associated with making changes to your entry.

TREWORGAN FARM FUN RIDE – SUNDAY 1st JUNE 2025
Treworgan Farm, LLangrove, Ross-On-Wye, HR9 6HB
Situated close to the A40 and A49 – a few miles from the Welsh border.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy approximately 5 miles of gorgeous farm and woodland. With optional XC fences around the course, there is something for all abilities.
There will be a shorter route suitable for lead rein.
First horse: 9.30 a.m. Last horse: 2.30p.m. Quiet hour 1.30-2.30pm
Adults £20 – Under 16’s £15
For SHRH members:
Adults £18 –Under 16’s £13
Refreshments will be available all day serving snacks & hot and cold drinks.

We kindly ask that you leave your dogs at home. We cannot accept any dogs on site as it is a working farm. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy
In the unfortunate event, you have to withdraw; you have until Saturday 31st May 2025 for a full refund minus your booking fee.
In the very unlikely circumstances, that we cancel the event then a full refund will be given minus your booking fee.
If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event, please login to Horse Events and edit your booking under “MY BOOKING” tab. If you have to cancel before bookings for the event close, then all of your entry fee will be returned to you by Horse Events less any charges they make.
Safety Information & Terms and Conditions
Please note, the organisers or anyone acting on their behalf will accept no liability for loss, damage, accident or illness to horse, rider, spectator or any other person or property whatsoever.
The organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of anyone on the Fun ride. For these measures to be effective, members of the public and participators must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must comply with the organisers and stewards at all times.
On arrival, can all riders:
– Check in – so we can point you in the right direction!
– Take note of any safety information.
Riders must have appropriate and current Public Liability Insurance cover.
All riders must wear a hard hat to the current approved standard (correctly fastened) when mounted. We strongly advise all riders to wear appropriate body protection.
We kindly ask you to stick closely to your booked time slot on the day; this will help prevent bunching up /or queuing for jumps.
Riders must follow all directional route and safety signage. At all times riders must only follow the marked routes.
All riders, at all times, must have full control of their horse and be appropriately skilled to ride and handle horses safely in a sensible manner. Please do not leave horses/ ponies unattended tied to horseboxes or trailers.
We kindly ask that any walkers on the course stay as closely with their riding group and do not deviate off course.
We request you do not bring dogs onto the course.
We kindly ask that no bikes are used on the course.
If you need to pass rider/s in front of you, do so courteously and kindly.
These rules are in the interest of your own safety.
This event has been organised by the fundraising committee of The South Hereford and Ross Harriers Pony Club.
