Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Details of the draw will be distributed to each team guardian (named below) by e-mail who is then required to inform the team for which they are responsible

Club dispensation may be given to those wishing to play outside of their section if deemed safe to play.
AGES are a guide and the day will be run in a pony club format
Divisions:
Div 1 – 14 to18 yrs
Div 2 – 12 to 14 yrs (Surtees)
Div 3 – 6 to 12 yrs( Jopps)
Div 4 – 6 – 12yrs Fluffies 13.2hh and under only(Jorrocks)
LONGDOLE POLO CLUB LTD strongly advise players to use protective glasses, gumshields, knee & elbow pads during polo
