Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Terms and Conditions
RULES AND REGULATIONS
All entries to reach the Secretary no later than Tuesday 15th July. Entries will be accepted on the day subject to additional £3 per class.
Cups to be returned to Secretary 14 DAYS before next show
Gymkhana. Objections to or by any Competitor be made to the Secretary within 15 minutes of the event with a Deposit of £5.00. Forfeited if Objection is over-ruled.
No refund will be given to anybody withdrawing from classes after the closing date.
The Committee will not be responsible for any Accident, Theft, or Damage that may happen to Competitors, Spectators, Horses, Attendants or Vehicles.
The Committee reserve the right to cancel, modify or alter any class or classes and Prize Money as they deem necessary.
All riders must wear a hard hat when mounted.
Whips must not be used to discipline or punish the horse or pony or to vent the riders temper. Any rider deemed to have used the whip inappropriately will be disqualified.
