No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £1.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

- Tim’s Cafe will be on-site providing burgers, breakfast rolls, tea/coffee and soft drinks. Cash only.

- There are no loos on-site
- No dogs on the course
- Dogs must be kept on a lead in teh parking area
- Riders must wear standard approved riding hats and back protectors are strongly advised.
- In the event of an accident/fall/injury that requires medical attention, please contact Nicky Simpson on 07825300100 and/or the emergency services.
- There will not be a medic/vet/farrier on site.
- The Landowners and Organisers cannot be held liable for ANY DAMAGE, LOSS or ACCIDENT howsoever caused to ANY ANIMAL, PERSON or VEHICLE at any time during the event.
- All jumps are optional and it is the Riders responsibility to decide whether to jump them at their own risk.
- All riders must wear a riding hat that complies to the current safety standards.
- All riders are advised to wear back protectors that comply to the current safety standard.
- It is the riders responsibility to ensure they have public liability insurance in the event their vehicle or horse causes an accident or damage to another vehicle/animal/person.
- By entering this event you are agreeing to the above disclaimer of the organisers and landlowner
- Late entries can be made up until midnight the day before for an additional £5.
- The riders (including parents/guardians/responsible adults, of the rider in the case where the rider is under 14 years of age) understand the risks and dangers involved in this event and agree to take part entirely at their own risk.
- Competent and responsible riders aged between 12 – 14 years can ride without an adult but not alone, and this is entirely at their, and their parents own risk. Children under 12 must ride with an adult.
- At no point whatsoever will the rider/parent/third party hold the Landowners and/or Organisers liable for ANY DAMAGE, LOSS or ACCIDENT (or otherwise) howsoever caused to ANY ANIMAL, PERSON or VEHICLE at any time during the event.

- The event takes place on private land.

- No dogs/cyclists/walkers on the course, except those who are leading ponies (in which case no groups of people walking with one lead rein)
- Dogs must be kept on a lead in the parking field.
- Riders must contact the Organiser on 07825300100 in the event of an accident on the course.
- The entry fee includes medical cover for each rider.
- First riders will set off at 9am. Last riders to set off no later than 2pm.
- Riders must set off within their booked time slot, or contact the event secretary to change start time.
- There are no on-site loos.
- Please remove any horse droppings from around your trailer/horsebox.
- Refreshments on-site will be provided by Tim’s Cafe which is cash only.
- It is the Riders responsibility to ensure they have public liability insurance in the event their vehicle or horse causes an accident or damage to another vehicle/animal/person.
- Late entries will close at midnight on 31st May 2025. No entries on the day.
- The riders agree that this event is a busy, fun event and therefore it is not appropriate for schooling at any one particular section on the course. Nor is it a competition, and riders should give way to or politely ask to pass other riders when applicable.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any rider/horse onto the course that does not ahear to the above terms & conditions
