Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 16/05/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Times : Available on horse events after 2000hrs Friday 17th May 2024.
NUMBERS/BIBS: Please bring your own number bib.
Collect your numbers from the catering tent.
No start fee.
Prizes & Prize Giving
PRIZES: Classes 1 and 2 — Rosettes for all finishers.
Classes 3 to 6 — Prizes in kind 1st to 3rd

Rules
HATS/BACK Must comply with the current British Riding Club
PROTECTORS: standard. Hats must be worn with the chin strap fastened at all times whilst mounted.
Long hair must be tied up.
Hat cams and stop watches are not allowed.
Competition Format
Classes 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be timed from start to finish and judged at the shown speeds. Therefore it might not be the fastest time that wins.
Class 3 will include one Dressing Fence which needs to be jumped side by side. Class 6 will include one Dressing Fence which needs to be jumped by 3 competitors side by side. Penalty points will be added if not achieved.
No outside assistance or stop watches allowed.

Whilst mounted the appropriate protective gear must be worn.

It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that they have walked the course and entered the correct class to suit the ability of them and their horse.
All competitors are advised that they must have Personal and Third Party Liability Insurance. I confirm that I have read and understood the above and have the necessary insurance in place.
