North Cotswold Hunt Hunter Trial
This event has been cancelled
Very sadly, after last night’s heavy rain, we have had to cancel the Hunter Trial on Sunday as it will not be possible to get an ambulance to all the fences. We are gutted and apologise for the inconvenience.
We will issue refunds as per the terms and conditions of the event as set by the North Cotswold Hunt, please note that refunds can take up to 5 days to show in some banks. You do not need to do anything, refunds are automated.
Please note that we plan to run the event next year and will hope for better weather!

Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Terms and Conditions
RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY • No entry fees will be refunded without a doctors’ or veterinary certificate. • In the event of cancellation of this event, entries will be refunded less a £5 admin fee. • Hard Hats must be worn when mounted. No fixed peaks. • Body Protectors must be worn when jumping • Medical Armbands must be worn if competing alone • The winner of each class will be the horse and rider with the least number of jumping faults with the fastest time through the time section. • Three refusals at one fence or cumulative four refusals around the course will result in elimination & you will be asked to leave the course. • Fall of rider at a fence will result in elimination & you will be asked to leave the course. • No horse / pony to be ridden more than once in each class • Any competitor in difficulty at a fence must make way for a following competitor who is about to overtake. • The decision of the Judges and Stewards are final • No unattended horses/ponies to be left tied to the outside of lorries/trailers • Dogs are to be kept on a short lead at all times. • Please clear up after your dog.

Entries are only accepted on this basis. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. NCH & Lybrook Farm are not legally responsible for the insurance of any competitor.
