In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Triathlon £25 non NC members, £22.50 NC members. Tetrathlon £35
Teams to be declared by 9th June
All entries via Horse Events by 6th June (www.horse-events.co.uk)
TEAMS Tri and tet teams of 4 (3 to count) chosen from classes 1 – 8.
ROSETTES Individual to 8th place and teams to 6th place.
The competition will be run under the Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules 2024, which can be found on the PC website.
Shooting:
• Pistols must remain boxed until competitors are asked to unbox them by the range steward
• All pistols should be flagged to comply with new rules
• Please indicate on entry form if competitor is left handed
Running
• The run will be on grass
• Competitors will be starting in groups
• Running numbers will be in the envelope with the targets. Beanie numbers will be at the start of the run
Swimming
• Please state on the entry form if the competitor requires an outside lane
• Buoyancy aids will be allowed for class 8 only and there will be no penalty. Buoyancy aids are only allowed to swim in the outside lane, so please state on the entry form if they will be used
Riding
• Class 7/8 will be over a max 60cm course. Class 8 may be assisted
• Competitors wishing to compete at the next height down will receive 200 penalty points, or if you drop down two heights 400 penalty points
• BE bibs are required and you will need to print your riding number
• The XC Course will be available to walk from 2pm Friday 14th June
• Catering will be available on Sunday only
Neither the organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the Officials and Stewards.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
