• Maximum of two rounds per horse.
• No refunds after closing date without doctor’s or vet’s certificate, to be sent in by Sunday.
• Hats and body protectors will be checked for compliance, but it will be the responsibility of the rider and accompanying adult to ensure tack is safe and within the rules.
• The course will be ready to walk from 5.30pm on Friday.
• L fences (if used) are smaller, easier alternative fences but incur 15 penalties.
• All competitors must wear a body protector and an approved hat to current British Standard.
• In the event the fixture must be cancelled, we will make an announcement on the Pony Club Facebook Page
