No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

ENTRIES CLOSE Monday 8th January 2024. No refund of entry fee after close of entries.
Entry Fees: £18 per class medical cover is included in entry fee.
Rules
Rules: The competition will be run in accordance with Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2023/2024 and The Pony Club Barrier Animal Health Spring Festival Show Jumping Rules 2023/2024 available from www.pcuk.org.
Classes 1, 2b, 3b, 4b & 5b are unaffiliated. All other classes are for Pony Club members only.
All classes will be Table A7.
All a & b classes will jump together so the course walk for both a & b classes will be at the start of each a class.
Note: There are no prelim rounds. Qualifier classes are open to Pony Club Members only.

Prizes & Prize Giving
PRIZES: Prizes to the winner of each class. Rosettes to 8th place for individuals and 6th place for teams.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Middleton Hunt (East Side) Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
