Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser landsentries@gmail.com
Refunds
Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list. LandS Eventing reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs after the withdrawal date unless the entry can be replaced after the withdrawal date.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £10.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

COURSE WALK- There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published.
Dress
DRESS CODE – Cross country attire to be worn including body protector and bib.
Terms and Conditions
GENERAL RULES
1. It is the riders’ responsibility to ensure that their hats and body protectors are up to the required standards as set out by British Eventing, Pony Club and British Riding Clubs.
2. Body Protectors must be worn.
3. Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.
HEALTH & SAFETY ~ The organiser of this event has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards connected with this event.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Save for death or injury by the negligence of the organiser of anyone for whom they are in law responsible, LandS Eventing, for themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Event do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty in any way whatsoever of themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the event or otherwise.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised times or refuse an entry.
