Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 12/05/2024
Refund minus an admin fee of £5.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information
Class heights are for show jumping only. Once on the cross country you can chose which Height to jump. All cross country jumps are three heights one jump : 70CM 80CM 90CM ENTRY FEE £20.00 + Non refundable booking fee of £1.45 PLUS £20.00 Cash on the day
Competition Format
Show jumping – A course of 1-8 show jumps on grass (in your cross country clothes) you will then go to the start of the XC and be set off..

Rules
1. Body protectors for show jumping and cross country are compulsory 2. No fixed peak hats. It is the riders’ responsibility to ensure that their hats and body protectors are at the required standard as set out by BE, PC and BRC.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class or section and divide any class. Transfer competitors between sections, alter advertised times and refuse an entry.
Additional Details
WITHDRAWALS ~ by phone (but please confirm by email immediately) or email by 6.00pm on Sunday 12th May. REFUNDS ~ All refunds will be made in full with the exception of the booking fee should the event be cancelled. There is a non refundable booking fee of £1.45 per entry. Withdrawals made after the closing date will incur a retainer of £5.00 admin fee.
