Please arrive in good time to be mounted for the ride to set off from at 6.00pm The ride will be approx 2 hours, All horses & riders must be confident on roads and tracks. There will be refreshments after the ride. Parking @ Northfield Farm, Flash Buxton SK17 0SW
Horses/Ponies available to hire £25 plus cost of the ride with all proceeds going to Hunt funds. Contact Liz on info@northfieldfarm.co.uk

Terms and Conditions

Neither the landowners nor the organisers nor anyone acting on their behalf accept responsibility for loss, damage, accident, illness or injury to ponies, horses, riders and spectators or their property. It is a condition of entry that each rider shall hold the landowners and organisers harmless and that he/she shall be deemed to indemnify the aforesaid against any legal proceedings, expenses or damages whatsoever arising from any incident. Everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers.
Riders should take note of ground conditions and ride at an appropriate speed to mitigate the risk of slipping, falling or losing control of their horse/ pony.
There will not be a toilet on site.
All riders must have 3rd party liability insurance.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
All Riders must have on their person emergency contact details
Please be considerate to other horses/ponies, riders and spectators at all times.
All riders must report to the organiser on arrival and the finish when returning. If you retire early, please ensure you make someone aware you are leaving early.
Hard hats to current standards and suitable riding clothes/footwear must be worn at all times. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure their tack is in good working order.
Please bring equipment to take away all your horse droppings.
Dogs must be kept on leads in the parking area.
By entering the ride, you agree to comply with these conditions of entry.
