Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. After the closing date if allowed please make any additional changes via your horse events account. If you unable to please contact Horse Events direct via our Contact Page
Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

Qualifier for elandlodge.com National Hunter Trial Series 2024
All classes open to any senior or junior (aged 8 or over) on horse or ponies.
Prizes & Prize Giving
Salvers to the winner and prizes to the winner and runner-up in all classes. Trophies to the Best Grafton in classes 1, 3 and 5.
Rosettes to 10th place in individual classes and 6th place in pairs classes.
Times & Number template
There will be some ‘L’ alternatives in all classes. There will be 2 dressing fences for the pairs.
No horse/pony to compete in more than 2 classes, or more than once in any one class.
Please remember to print your own number, available on Horse Events, and bring your own number bib. A small number of bibs will be available to purchase on the day.

Additional Details

Classes 2, 3, 4 and 5 are qualifiers for the elandlodge.com National Hunter Trial series final which will take place on 28th & 29th September 2024 at Eland Lodge Equestrian, Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
The three top placed riders in each relevant class will qualify for the Final.

Rules
1. Closing Date: All entries must be received by Wednesday 4th September. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Entries Secretary, subject to a £5.00 supplement.
2. Withdrawals: if you wish to edit your entry, change class or cancel your entry please log into your account > edit entry by Wednesday 4th September. There will be no refund of entry fees after this date.
3. Starting times will be allocated for all classes. Go to www.horse-events.co.uk or www.foxhill-farm.com or www.graftonhunt.co.uk
4. Results will be posted online throughout the day. Full scoreboard results will be on www.graftonhunt.co.uk.
5. The course will be open for inspection on Saturday 7th September from 2pm.

7. No watches or timing equipment to be worn/carried by any rider while competing on the course.
8. Competitors must wear crash hats (no fixed peak) and back protectors to current BSI standard (2018).
9. Competitors should bring their own number bib. Bibs will be available to purchase.
10. All riders must wear a hat at all times when riding.
11. No horse/pony to compete more than once in any one class.
12. Junior riders to be aged 8 years or over.
13. When not competing riders must ride in the designated practice areas and only jump flagged fences.
14. Eliminated riders may continue at the discretion of the course officials.
15. Veterinary cover will be provided on the day, all fees to be met by the individual.
16. All dogs to be kept on leads.
17. Only official vehicles will be allowed on the course.
18. Please take all your litter home with you.
19. The organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class and to refuse any entry for any reason what so ever.
20. The organising committee of The Grafton Hunt will not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, accident, illness or damage to any horse, rider, spectator, or any other person or property.
21. All competitors will agree to abide by the rules of the competition.
