Course Walking : The XC Course may be walked after 3.00 pm on Saturday 15 June. We would prefer all competitors to use this opportunity to walk the course but if not possible please build in sufficient time to walk on day of competition. There is a competition on Saturday 15 June so please park carefully away from competitors. Show Jumping course will be available to walk from 8.00 am on Sunday 16th Dogs on Leads at all times please
(Dressage Tests Available from PC website https://pcuk.org/sports/dressage/dressage-tests/ All Classes are qualifiers for the Cheval Liberte Area 6 Eventing League Tack – There will be an inspection of tack and turnout in the Collecting Ring, competitors are asked to allow themselves time before their class for this. Hats and Body Protectors will be checked to ensure they comply with PC Regulations (see conditions of entry). Long sleeves for the Cross Country phase of the competition. Non PC members please check Pony Club rulings as these will be adhered to.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – please ensure you read these 1. Health & Safety – Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. 2. Legal Liability – Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 3. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Fitzwilliam Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you. 4. Safety Rules – Failure to comply with safety rules will result in elimination 5. Photography- By entry to this competition competitors agree to being photographed by the Official Photographer 6. Hats of all competitors must conform to Pony Club regulations – details are in PC Eventing Rule book 2024 (pages 23-25) which can be downloaded at https://pcuk.org/officials/rulebooks/ – and must be tagged with the joint British Eventing, Riding Clubs and Pony Club PINK tag. Hats must be worn with chinstrap fastened at all times when mounted. Hat tagging at Secretary’s tent. 7. Body Protector NEW– All competitors must wear a body protector that meets the BETA 2018 Level 3 standard (blue and black label) – details at page 27- https://pcuk.org/officials/rulebooks/ 8. Whips – must comply to Pony Club regulations – details at page 29 https://pcuk.org/officials/rulebooks/ 9. The Pony Club operates an annual flu vaccination ruling. All competitors should carry passport/vaccination certificates – spot checks may be made 10.The organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class and reserve the right to disqualify anyone for the misuse of whip or spurs (Pony Club members must carry current permission from their DC), dangerous riding or any horse in poor or lame condition and to refuse any entry for any reason and at their sole discretion. 11.The Judges decisions are final. 12.No horse/pony may be ridden by more than one competitor in any one class. 13.No recording device is permitted (e.g HEAD or bridle camera). 14.Stop watches may be worn at PC 90 and PC 100 level (i.e class 3 and 4) 15.Age as at 1 January
