For qualification at the Championships on 1st & 2nd March 2025 at Addington Equestrian, Addington, Buckinghamshire, MK18 2JR

All entries will be subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.
Closing date for entries – Sunday 10th November 2024. No refunds after closing date.
If you would like to edit your horse or rider details move classes or cancel your entry before the closing date of the event, please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘EDIT ENTRY ’ Tab.

Teams
TEAMS to be made up of 3 combinations with all scores counting in each qualifying class.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, alter the order of the classes, cancel classes and/or limit entries.
Times and Numbers
TIMES/DRAWN ORDERS WILL BE GIVEN – please see www.ponyclubresults.co.uk by the evening of Wednesday 13th November.
Competitor numbers MUST always be visible whilst mounted. (see NUMBERS above)
Additional Details
SPURS: ALL spurs worn anywhere on the showground, by any competitor, must comply with Pony Club rules. Please see new spurs rule. Misuse of spurs by any competitor will be recorded and reported and may result in disqualification from the competition.
Any abuse of horses/ponies, officials, other competitors, or members of the public will not be tolerated and those found doing so will be asked to leave the venue with no compensation and may be reported to the relevant authority.
Judges’ decision is final. Any objection must be handed to the Day Secretary in writing with a £30 deposit (which will be forfeited if the objection is not upheld) within 15 minutes of the incident and BEFORE the end of that class.
INSURANCE: please ensure that you have adequate/appropriate insurance for rider, horse, property and third party.
PHOTOGRAPHS: by entering this competition you are agreeing to be photographed whilst competing; these photographs may be used for future publicity. If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell the photographer on entering the arena.
Participants attend at their own risk; neither the Organisers or Suffolk Rural will be liable for any loss, damage or accident to horses, riders, property, or other persons.
No horses/ponies may be left tied to the outside of trailers/lorries without supervision. Please clear any muck/rubbish and do not leave on the lorry park. Please park cars in the college spaces
Preferably NO dogs – but if you must bring them, they must always be kept on a short lead and be under close control. Please clear up after your dog.
The show will be run under The Pony Club Show Dressage Rules 2024.
Rosettes
Rosettes will be given for Individuals 1st-10th and teams 1st-4th

RULES & REGULATIONS
PASSPORTS: DC/Centre Proprietors MUST confirm to the Organisers, that all their members’ ponies/horses’ passports have been checked and are compliant with PC Rules 2024. Passports may be spot checked and if found not to be compliant then all ponies/horses on the same transport will be unable to compete. Your vaccinations must be up to date with a vaccination in the last 12 months. Please check the Pony Club website for current rules.
The competition will be run according to The Pony Club Dressage Rule Book 2024 and the Barrier Health 2024/2025 Rules. Please check all rules carefully including eligibility/dress/equipment for this competition.
