Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser dukeofbuccleuchs@pcuk.org
Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Terms and Conditions
All non PC members (parents) must have public liability insurance
Each child must have an parent/guardian at the event.
Each child must have a designated adult on the ride. One adult can accompany a max of 5 children.
All children on the LR/Walk/Trot ride must have ad adult walking with them.
Dogs not permitted.
Pony Club Cross Country rules apply protective clothing / dress. Pony Club rules apply re vaccinations / no tying unattended ponies to trailers etc
Should any of the details change, entrants will be emailed.
BBQ Burgers and Sausages £5 per person – please specify when booking if you think you will have extras for this who are not riding.
