No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information
All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis If you would like to edit your horse or rider details Change class or cancel your entry before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘edit entry ’ Tab For ALL changes of horse and rider substitutions after the closing date there is a £5 charge please fill out the following form online at: https://www.horse-events.co.uk/rider-horse-substitutions-form/ Later entry will have a surcharge of £5 per class. Entries for the SJ MAY be taken on day depending on numbers but will be £10 per entry Entries close 23rd May. DRESSAGE TIMES (+approx SJ times) May 27th on CFHS Facebook page
Check what’s app and Facebook if weather bad mobile for day 07890173781 Section 1: Dressage and Jumping – 1 class per combination for classes 1 -7 £16 per class 1- 4 classes are open to anyone – they use the Dressage tests for 2025 Area competitions Section 2: Dressage Only – £10 per class Section 3: Show Jumping only – These will run in-between the above classes £10 per class Section 4: £5 per entry Handy Hunter – this will run for 1 hour from 11am-12pm. Will be split in to ages on the day.
Rules
RULES
* Classes 1- 7 – one entry per combination. These classes you do a dressage test followed by a SJ round
* All classes run under Pony Club Dressage and Show Jumping Rules 2025.
* Only classes 5,6,7 & 8 may have a commander for the dressage. All others must be ridden
from memory (run under Area competition rules)
* Hats must be worn at all times. PC Members must abide by PC hat rule and hats need to be
tagged.
* All dressage tests are available on the pony club web site Dressage Tests Archives | Resource Hub
* Trophy to winning combination (or highest placed CFHS member) in each of the classes 1-11
* Ponies/horses must be tacked up properly and riders appropriately dressed for all classes at all times.
*PLEASE MAKE SURE ON THE DAY YOU PRESENT TO THE DRESSAGE ARENA
10MINS BEFORE YOUR TIME OR YOU WILL BE ELIMINATED
* Medial cover at our events complies with PC rules
* We reserve the right to refuse entries from those we feel are over qualified/or entered the wrong
class.
* Maximum height of jumps in practice ring will be no higher than the class being jumped.
*ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ECEPTED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT booked via horse events
* At all our events objections must be accompanied by a deposit of £10 that will be refunded if the objection is upheld within 30 mins of the class finishing. Results will be posted for 30mis before any prizegiving.

REFRESHMENTS Joanne will be there with her cakes and hot food and TOILET ON THE FIELD

NON MEMBERS OF THE PONY CLUB OR BHS AFFILIATED RIDING CLUBS COMPETING AT OUR COMPETITIONS PLEASE NOTE:-
1. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
3. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The CFHS Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
BY SIGNING THE DECLARATION ON ALL ENTRY FORMS YOU ARE GUARANTEEING THAT YOU HAVE APPROPRIATE THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. UNSIGNED DECLARATIONS WILL BE RETURNED.
