Cotswold Country Rides - Hawling
In the interest of our riders enjoyment, we have decided to postpone the ride until 25th May. There are currently excessive amounts of ewes and lambs out over various fields meaning there would be LOT of gates to open and close on route.
We have postponed until 25th May when the sheep will no longer be in their small lambing group so will be able to be moved to have minimal impact on the route.

Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £10.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Please rememeber to be respectful of other riders, if passing other riders please ensure you do so at a walk, leaving plenty of room.
The organisers do not take any responsbility for any loss or damage during the ride
Please stick to the clearly marked route at all time
Please do not bring dogs with you riding, if your support team are bringing dogs please make sure they are on leads at all times
Please be respectful of our landowners they are very generous allowing us to enjoy their land
All riders under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult
