Before this date full refunds to be given. After the withdrawal date refunds will only be given on production of vet certificate or doctors note. 24 hours after the event.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

All classes will run in an indoor arena, warm up on a covered surface.
All classes will be run in accordance with Pony Club Showjumping Rules 2024.
All Competitors need to attend tack check BEFORE they go into the warm up area. Maximum of 8 in the warm up.
All pony club Competitor’s hats must be tagged with a PINK PC hat tag.
If your hat is not tagged please visit the event secretary before mounting for check and issue of tags to compliant hats only.
All horses/ponies must be vaccinated as per Pony Club rules.
All entries should be made online using www.horse-events.co.uk . If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under ‘MY BOOKING’ tab.
All entries are subject to a non- refundable booking fee as stated online on a per class basis.
After closing date substitutions may only be made as per Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2023.

Rosettes 1st to 8th for individuals and 1st to 4th for teams.
Prizes in kind for first 3 individuals.
There will be an unmounted prize giving in the jumping arena as soon as possible after the end of each class.

Save for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, competitors, spectators or any person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety:
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. Dogs on site only on a lead and not in the viewing area, collecting ring or arena entrance/exit area.
Please clear away your own droppings.
Horses/Ponies should not be left tied to any vehicle/trailer if unattended.
No haynets outside vehicles/trailers.
