In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Please arrive after 9am.

Please check in with the secretary at the start and end of ride.

You are responsible for your own safety while riding the Fun ride and jumping. We, including the landowners, Seavington Hunt Supporters Club and stewards, will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss or damage to any riders, horses, owners or property, vehicles and any other belongings whatsoever or however caused, whether by negligence or otherwise. It is up to participants to have appropriate personal and public liability insurance and hold valid horse passports.

No horses or ponies under the age of 4.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

All tack must be appropriate and in good repair. Hard hats and suitable footwear must be worn at all times. Although body protectors are not mandatory, we recommend that all riders consider wearing them if they are planning to jump.

Please ride the route and jump fences in a sensible way, compatible with your level of experience. Jumps are of varying height and nature. Please only take them on, if they are within your and your horses ability and experience. Please be considerate to other ponies, horses, riders and spectators at all times and respect their space. ie. overtake with consideration and enquire if it is safe to do so.

No dogs on the course please. Dogs must be kept on leads in the trailer park.
