Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser enquiries@burleylodge.co.uk
Refunds
Refunds will only be given on production of valid vet or doctor certificate within 7 days of show.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Directions
Terms and Conditions
- All riders and handlers must have their own third-party insurance, no claim can be made against Burley Lodge Equestrian Centre
- Jumping classes run under BS rules
- All mounted riders must be wearing a hat meeting standard PAS015 & British Kite mark
- Correct riding clothes must be worn when mounted.
- No lunging anywhere
- All horses must be 4 years and over
- No horse to be left unattended at trailer/horseboxes
- Dogs must not be kept on lead and not left in cars
- Competitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their safety.
- Judge’s decision is final. Any objections to be made in writing with a £20 deposit to secretary’s tent within 30 minutes of class ending. Deposit will be returned if objection is upheld.
- Entry to class may be limited at committee discretion. Committee may refuse entries without reason and may alter or cancel class.
- Refunds may be given on production of valid vets or doctor certificate within 7 days of show.
- Anyone showing abusive or aggressive behavior towards any official/steward/show helpers or animals will be asked to leave the show ground immediately.
- Please leave the lorry park how you found it. Take all rubbish with you.
