All classes will be single phase, class height indicates first part of course, timed second half of course may be 5cm higher. All competitors jump whole course unless eliminated.
Novice classes in Ring 1 – 30cm – 80cm are designed to be encouraging and for Pony Club Members only – So combinations can only compete in these classes NOT also enter Open classes in Ring 2. Combinations can compete in 2 classes, no pony / horse can jump more than twice in total, once in a class.
Teams will be for Pony Club Members only and Individual rosettes for 1st -6th will be presented in the ring unmounted after each class.
Special rosettes will be available for Novice classes 30cm – 80cm in Ring 1 only for competitors who have not won another team / individual rosette in that class from the organiser’s office, where you should also come with any queries. Teams must pole pick for their team while in the ring please.

Teams will be combined across sections A and B in Classes 1 (30cm) 2 (40cm) and 3(50cm). Any pony club competitors not entered into branch or mixed teams will be allocated into fun combined teams by the organisers. Teams can be 3 or 4 competitors, best 3 scores to count. Teams must pole pick for their team while in the ring please.
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occuring and must obey the instuctions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
All Pony Club Members wishing to wear spurs must have passed their C+ test and / or their Spur test and must display their yellow spur tag.
Insurance
Non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club Insurance and must have their own third -party cover. The Belvoir Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
Entry for Pony Club Members in all classes is £18 per class before 19.5.25, +£5 if space, for late entries.
Entry for Non Pony Club Members in Open classes only is £20 per class before 19.5.25, +£5 if space, for late entries.

- To be run under The Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2025.
- Open to all Pony Club Branch and Centre Members 25 years and Under. Age at 1st January 2025.
- The same rider may compete twice in a team on a different horse / pony, no pony / horse may compete in more than 2 classes.
- Hats – all riders must wear a hat tagged with a current Pink PC / BE / BRC hat tag to The Pony Club Hat Rules 2025 at all times when mounted, hats can be checked / tagged in the office on the day, please allow time for this if needed.
- Spurs – any members wishing to wear spurs must have achieved their C+ test or their Spur Test and display their yellow spur test tag.
- Any queries MUST be directed to the organisers office – via team manager or DC please : competitors, Branch officials and parents MUST NOT access the judges box at any time.
- The organisers reserve the right to disqualify anyone for misuse of whip or spurs, dangerous riding or any horse in lame or poor condition. Horse Welfare is key.
- Horses / Ponies must not be left unattended at any time or left tied to the outside of lorries / trailers. Please clear any droppings from lorry park / horse walk / warmup or arena using the kit available on site.
- NO pushchairs or dogs in horse-walks or warm up areas, any dogs must be on a short lead.
- Please ensure horses have up to date Equine Flu vaccinations as per PC Rules.
