Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser bhevent@hotmail.com
Refunds
Refund minus an admin fee of £50.00 up until Withdrawal date. No refunds after the Withdrawal date
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Please note all entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.
Closing Date Entries will close on the 9 August 2024 or earlier if entries are full.

Start Times Please choose your preferred 30 minute time slot when entering.
We have 8 time slots, each of 30 minutes, 30 riders per slot.
Last riders to leave the start no later than 2pm.
CHECK-IN On arrival all riders must check-in at the BHSC Event Stand where you will be given your rider number and asked to sign the Belvoir Hunt Disclaimer.
On site Facilities
Refreshments Hot and cold refreshments will be on sale throughout the day.

Event Terms & Conditions
- All riders must wear a hard hat that complies with current British Safety Standards and Body Protectors are recommended.
- Children under the age of 16years must be accompanied by an adult.
- All riders must be covered by their own Public Liability Insurance.
- All participants ride at their own risk.
- All riders must be polite and considerate of others on the course especially when overtaking.
- The organisers cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, damage or theft for any reason.
- All riders must ensure they have their emergency contact details with them when on the course.
- There will be no medical or veterinary facilities on site other than those that can be summoned in an emergency.
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
- No toilet or water facilities available at the venue.
