Refunds will be given minus a £10 admin fee for any reason before 12 April.
Withdrawals after 12 April are non-refundable.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel no entries will be refunded entries will be offered a future schooling date.

Please read SPECIAL NOTES for cancellation policy BEFORE entering.
No refund of entries after 12 April 2024
Entries to be made online at www.horse-events.co.uk
Dressage and Show Jumping on all weather arenas. Cross Country on grass or surface weather dependant.
All entries will be taken on a first come first served basis and will close when full or on 16 April.
If you wish to change a class while entries are open please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available the change will be made for you.
If you wish to edit the horse or rider details before entries close, please log in to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under ‘MY BOOKING’ tab and also please see Special Notes below.
After the closing date please email any change requests to: astonlewalls.ec@gmail.com. Any alterations to an entry after 12 April will be charged at £12 per change.
Times & Number template
Times will be available from 6pm on Thursday 18 April on www.eventingscores.co.uk. Only Dressage and Show Jumping times will be given. You should then go as quickly as you can on to the Cross Country
Please print your number 3 times, 2 to wear in your number bib and 1 to display in your vehicle on arrival.
Stabling
On site stabling can be booked online at www.astonlewalls.net.
Rules
No plaiting is required. Please wear tidy riding clothes; show attire is optional.
Hats to current PAS-015 standard should be worn at all times when mounted.
Body Protectors must be worn for the cross country phase
All dogs must be kept on leads at all times
Special Notes
No scoring apart from Dressage Sheets which can be collected from the Secretary’s in the Log Cabin near the Dressage.
Dressage on all-weather arena.
Show Jumping on all-weather arena..
Cross Country courses designed by Nigel Taylor and built by Andrew Hunter on grass or all-weather surface, weather dependant. XC jumps will be placed so that you can choose the heights you wish to jump at each fence.
All rounds will be monitored by Cross Country Steward.

In the event of cancellation entries will be offered a future schooling date.
Substitutions
Changes to Horses and riders before 12 April can be made online by logging into your Horse Events Account and editing your booking for no charge. Changes can be made to a horse or a rider but not both as this is a new entry.

The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Except for the negligence of the Organisers and their agents or others for whom in law they are responsible, the Organisers do not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator, sponsor, and others present at the site of the Event and their property, vehicles and accoutrements.
RESERVATION OF RIGHT
The Organisers reserve the right to:
Cancel any class or section or divide any class
Alter the advertised times
Refuse any entry
