Please arrive when you suits, to start between 9am-12, however we would appreciate that if you ride at 12 you “trot-on”
There are Road Closure signs on the main road, but this road closure does not start until Monday.x

Please check in with stewards at the start and end of the ride.
You are responsible for your own safety while riding the Fun Ride and while jumping. We (including, its owner, the organisers, landowner and any of its employees, helpers and representatives involved) will not be liable for any accidents, injury, illness, loss or damage to any riders, horses, owners, spectators, property, vehicles and any other belongings whatsoever or however caused, whether by negligence or otherwise. It is up to the participants to hold appropriate personal and public liability insurance and hold valid horse passports.
No ponies or horses under the age of 4.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
All tack must be appropriate and in good repair. Hard hats and suitable footwear must be worn at all times. Although body protectors are not mandatory, we recommend that all riders consider wearing them if they are planning to jump.
Please ride the Fun Ride and the fences in the jump fields in a sensible way, compatible with your level of experience. Jumps are of varied levels of difficulty, heights and nature and are optional – only attempt jumps that are within your and your horse/pony’s ability and experience. Please be considerate to other horses/ponies, riders and spectators at all times. No dogs allowed on the Fun Ride Course. Dogs must be kept on leads in the parking area.
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. Riders are asked to take precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring.
