Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Withdrawals
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Secretary croomepcshows@hotmail.com
Refunds
FOR ALL WITHDRAWALS AND CHANGES, whether before or after the closing/withdrawal date, please email croomepcshows@hotmail.com (rather than using your H-E account).
WITHDRAWALS: please email croomepcshows@hotmail.com stating Branch/Class and rider/horse
Up to the withdrawal date, there will be a full refund less the admin fee.
After the withdrawal date, then for a refund a Vet/Doctor certificate must be emailed to croomepcshows@hotmail.com by midday on Tuesday 8th July
For refunds please include in your email the following: Bank name, account name and sort code and account number, with the name of the rider/horse.
Refunds are all subject to a £5 admin fee per combination per class. Booking fees paid to H-E are non-refundable.
All refunds will be paid after 6th July.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

Entry Conditions
It is the responsibility of the DC/Centre Proprietor/Team Manager/Parent or Guardian/Member that the combination are eligible for the classes entered.
Entry information
All classes (except class two) are for teams and individuals. Teams of three or four with the best three scores to count, but at least three Members must complete for the team to qualify for Championships.
Combinations may compete at two adjacent levels as long as they are eligible.
Horse/Ponies may be ridden in not more than three classes with up to two riders.
Members from other Areas may enter as individuals once they have followed the procedure for doing so on page 6 of the current Dressage Rules.
Event Directions & additonal details
Please use What3words: flank.dust.happy to find the turning of the A44, then follow the PC signs. Please do not try and enter the venue via the Visitor Centre.
Please park as directed.
Vaccination Policy
By entering your horse/pony you are confirming that the animal’s flu vaccination record is correct (please have checked by a Branch/Centre official if not sure). If an animal is found not to have a correct flu vaccination then that animal, and any horse/ponies that have travelled with it to the venue, will be eliminated from the competition and asked to leave the venue asap.

Entries are only accepted on this basis. 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
