Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
After the closing date refunds will only be made with a doctors or vets certificate produced no later than 48 hours after the event. If produced after this no refund will be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information
This is a single booking form process and entries will not be confirmed without payment.
Branches will need to make entries on behalf of their teams and individuals. In doing so they are certifying the eligibility of horse and rider. Teams must consist of three or four members. Branches may enter individuals, irrespective of whether the branch has entered a team or not. Branches may enter up to 2 teams plus 2 individuals per class. Additional teams and individuals will be accepted if there is space.
The following information will be needed when making entries: Rider name and Pony Club membership number, Rider DOB, horse/pony name, emergency phone number, XC commentary information, team name and team order (team entries only).
Rider and horse amendments, changing class, cancel your entry and the addition of XC commentary information before the closing date can be made online by logging into your Horse Events account under ‘EDIT EVENT’.

Eligibilty

Entry Conditions
• To be run in accordance with Pony Club Eventing Rules 2025
• Please ensure your members comply with 2025 eligibility, hat tagging, body protector rules and have a responsible adult present. All riders wishing to wear spurs MUST have a Yellow Spurs Hat tag including those with C+ Test and above.
• Please print your own paper number. After times are published, a link to print your number will be available by clicking on the rider’s name on www.ponyclubresults.co.uk
• Competitors who are technically eliminated in the dressage or show jumping phases are only allowed to complete the competition with the permission of the Official Steward.
• Queries may only be raised via the Event Secretary by the DC/Centre Proprietor or their appointee.
• No horse will be allowed to compete in more than one class.
• Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and/or Official Sponsors of the Pony Club.
• A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the horse/pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by event officials. Vaccinations must be in accordance with the Pony Club Eventing Rule Book 2025. Please remember that for Area Competitions the most recent equine influenza booster must have been given within 6 months + 21 days prior to the date of the competition.

Course Walking: 1pm – 8pm on Saturday 12th July 2025
(please take care if course walking on the day whilst competitors are riding)
Dogs are welcome but MUST be on a short lead at all times
Prizes & Prize Giving
Team (PC70, 80, 90, 100 and Chairman’s Cup) and individual rosettes to 10th place. Double clear and best dressage rosettes will also be awarded.
Unmounted prizegiving will take place during the day (all competitors correctly dressed).
On site Facilities
There will be paramedic cover, a vet and farrier on site on the day of the competition.

Qualifiers
This event is a Qualifier for the Horse Events National Unaffiliated SEG & Young Horse Eventing Championships 2025 Incorporating:
* Amateur ONLY classes – Riders must meet eligibility criteria to ensure a true amateur class
* Open class for young horses – open to all levels of rider with horse 4, 5 or 6 years in their 1st or 2nd year of eventing.
* Schools Equestrian Games Eventing Championships – the Prestigious Schools Eventing series to find the Schools eventing champions.
Championships 20th and 21st September – Dauntsey Park, Wiltshire. 70cm 80cm, 90cm & 100cm

Health, Safety & Welfare
The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.
