In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry Conditions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY The event will be run under Pony Club Mounted Games rules 2024.
• Hats must conform to Pony Club standards and be tagged – Pony Club Hat Rule 2024
• The judge’s decision is final.
• Open to Area 7 Members only
• Objections in writing with a deposit of £25 accepted according to Pony Club rules within 15 minutes of the incident occurring.
• By entry to this competition competitors agree to being photographed by the organisers
• All horses/ponies entering the event site must comply with 2024 Pony Club vaccination rules.
• Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over. Stallions can only be ridden by Members if they have obtained written permission from the North Warwickshire Pony Club District Commissioner and in the interests of safety, must wear identifying discs on their bridle.
• Please ensure that you pick up any droppings or litter from around the lorry/trailer park before leaving.
• No horse or pony is to be left unattended unless correctly secured inside the trailer/horsebox.

Health & Safety
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of the organisers, all officials and stewards. All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Atherstone Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
Legal Liability
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accept any liability for an accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horse, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
