Refund minus an admin fee of £5.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £15.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

This event is a Qualifier for the Horse Events National Unaffiliated SEG & Young Horse Eventing Championships 2025 Incorporating:
* Amateur ONLY classes – Riders must meet eligibility criteria to ensure a true amateur class
* Open class for young horses – open to all levels of rider with horse 4, 5 or 6 years in their 1st or 2nd year of eventing.
* Schools Equestrian Games Eventing Championships – the Prestigious Schools Eventing series to find the Schools eventing champions.
Championships 20th-21st September – Dauntsey Park, Wiltshire. 70, 80, 90 & 100cm

1. All classes – entries will be via HorseEvents.
2. Withdrawals up to 29 June on HORSE EVENTS please log into your Horse-Events account and cancel your entry to receive an entry refund less an administration fee of £5 per entry. No refund will be given for any withdrawals after the closing date of 29 June 2025, No refunds given for late entries.
4. The course will be available to walk from 2pm on Saturday 12th July.
5. The Event will run strictly under Pony Club Rules for Eventing 2025 – PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THESE and abide by the rules of eligibility
6. Competitors may not school over the course within 2 weeks of the event but may compete.
7. No wheeled vehicles or motorbikes are allowed for inspection of the cross-country course or anywhere except official car parks. The Organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor in breach.
10. The decision of the Chief Steward will be final and binding.
3. Protests and Objections – please see Rule 16 of the Eventing Rule Book 2025. In brief: Only DCs or their appointed representative are entitled to lodge a protest or objection. Any objection must be made in writing to the Official Steward and lodged with the Secretary within 30 minutes of the incident or scores being published, with a £25 deposit, which will be refundable if the objection is upheld. No approach to be made to a Judge, Timekeeper, Fence Judge or Official concerned.
8. Legal Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
9. Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Competitors who are not members of The Pony Club are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third-party cover. The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
