Further to an announcement made by Onley Equestrian yesterday regarding a confirmed case of strangles at their facilities we have had to relocate the Area 7 Dressage Competition. The competition will now take place at Dallas Burston Polo Club, Stoneythorpe Estate, Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 2DL

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

Entries open on Saturday 1st June and close on Sunday 23rd June. Entries only from those who have been selected by their Branch and notified by their DC/Centre Proprietor/Dressage Manager that they can enter. All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online After the closing date for substitutions they may only be made as per Pony Club Dressage Rules. Rosettes to 6th place in all Warm Up Classes
Rosettes to 10th place in PC70 & PC80 Grassroots Qualifiers
Rosettes to 8th Place in all other Qualifiers

Sashes to all Section Winners in Qualifying classes
Commanders allowed only in PC70, PC70 Plus, PC80 Grassroots and all Warm Up classes only

2 The Event will run strictly under Pony Club Rules for Dressage 2024
Riders must have been members of the Pony Club at the closing date for entries and be a current member on the day of the competition.
3 Vaccinations – All ponies and horse attending the event , whether actually competing or not , must be vaccinated in accordance with the current Pony Club Vaccination Rule
4 Legal Liability Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
5 Health and Safety – Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
6 Any protest or objection must be made in accordance with Rule 18 in writing and lodged with the Secretary no later than 30 minutes after the scores have been published with a £50 deposit, which will be refundable if the objection is upheld.
7 I understand that The Pony Club will select photographs for publication with care and respect. You have the right to opt out. Please inform the organiser if you do not wish photographs to be used.
