In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

Team declaration forms to be hand to the organiser on the day of the competition.
· To be run in accordance with Pony Club Mounted Games Rules 2024.
· A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by event officials.
· Each Branch/Centre must nominate two line stewards per team (please refer to 2024 Mounted Games Rule Book).
· When entering a team please include team name and colours.
How to get there:
The venue is accessed through Towneley Park from the main entrance off the A671. There is no access from the A646.
Catering will be provided by Pendle Forest and Craven Pony Club, it will be cash only

Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
