In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Every Pony Club that has members competing must provide 2 fence judges for the riding phase on Monday 26th May. Name and contact details to be included on entry
**IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SWIMMING**
Buoyancy aids are not permitted as per Pony Club rules; therefore, competitors must be capable of swimming a length and out of their depth. For those Beanies who are not capable of swimming, we have the Beanie Biathlon class. The Beanies will be using the Training Pool at Catterick.
Dive certificates need to be up uploaded to achievements on Pelham before the 21st May 2025.
No dive certificate on Pelham will enforce a start in the water.

Team Managers please declare teams.
Team competition: Mixed teams of 3 or 4, girls or boys, in the same age group.
Individual rosettes to 6th place in each class
Individual and team competitions and prizes.
Team rosettes in each Age Class to 3rd place where there are sufficient entries.
Best shoot, run and swim in each class
