No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £10.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Tetrathlon: Timings are approximate and are subject to change dependent on numbers.
Tetrathlon Saturday 23rd Nov Shooting and Swimming (1pm start) at Kings College Seniors School, South Road Taunton TA1 3LA. Sunday 24th Nov Riding (9am start) and Running (9am start) at Pontispool Equine Centre, Norton Fitzwarren, Taunton TA4 1BG
• Jumping down is allowed incurring a penalty of 400 for one height down and a further 200 per height if more.
• If you are unsure of the height you wish to jump please note this in special requests so we are aware there maybe changes. Please notify us by 6pm 23rd Nov if you wish to change heights.
• There will be plenty of L Fences at all heights.
• Medical Armbands are advised for the Riding Phase for all classes.
• Hats must be tagged with the new 2023 standard PINK PC, BE or British Riding Club tag. See PC Rule Book 2023 for new standards.
• Body Protectors. All competitors must be wearing a body protector which meets the BETA 2018 Level 3 Standard (black/blue Label) or above.
• Please print your own ride numbers and provide a BE type number bib.
• Horse sharing may be allowed at the discretion of the organizer.
Triathlon: Shooting, Swim and Run to all take place at Kings College Senior School on Saturday 23rd Nov.
Local shops around Kings College and between Kings College & Pontispool. There will be food available to purchase on the Sunday at Pontispool.
Prize Giving will be done as soon as possible after last phase.
Triathlon will happen at Kings College on 23rd.
Tetrathlon at Pontispool on 24th
Stables available to be booked direct with pontispool. www.pontispool.com via competitions tab. Other Accommodation: Cabins www.pontispool.com and cottages www.stablecottagesomerset.com available to be booked direct. Please note that all horses coming into Pontispool must have an up to date annual flu vaccination. Camping is available

Health and Safety
The Organizers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organizer and all the Officials and Stewards.
Photographic Rights
Competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and /or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/ or official sponsors of The Pony Club. Please sign that you agree to this on your entry form
Legal Liability
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Competitors who are not members of The Pony Club are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Area 15/16 Tetrathlon Pony Club Committee and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
