About this Event

Area 14 Mounted Games Competition encompassing Junior Teams, Senior Teams and Pairs. Followed by a Novice ‘Just for Fun – Have a Go’ Competition in the afternoon (2pm). All rules as per the Mounted Games Rulebook 2024.

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Health & Safety

Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Parking

Please park on the hardstanding only and clear up all hay, droppings and rubbish after yourselves. There will be a skip for hay and manure, and a wheelie bin for rubbish. There is a water point on site.

Vaccination Policy

All vaccinations MUST comply with the Mounted Games Rulebook 2024. Please can Area Teams/Pairs bring their Horse Passports to the Briefing.
