In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

The proprietors of Simmers (Ardmedden) Ltd and Ardmedden Equestrian have taken reasonable precautions to ensure Health and Safety of everyone who uses the facilities and course. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable care to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey any rules and instructions given.
