Refund before Withdrawal date in Full, After Withdrawal date refund minus an admin fee of £5.00
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Body protectors and skull caps up to current standard must be worn.
Horse riding, especially cross-country fence jumping, is and always will be, a high risk sport. By following the rules and guidelines given we hope to keep these risks to an absolute minimum.
Neither the proprietor, nor any employee nor any person acting on behalf , accept any liability for the loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other persons or cars and contents or property under any conditions whatsoever.
The proprietors of Simmers (Ardmedden) Ltd and Ardmedden Equestrian have taken reasonable precautions to ensure Health and Safety of everyone who uses the facilities and course. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable care to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey any rules and instructions given.
