Vale of Clettwr friendly Dressage show 4th May

Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Rules

1) All ponies must be fully vaccinated in line with Pony Club rules

2) This is a friendly event, please make sure you are polite and helpful. No litter/ droppings to be left on the show field. DO NOT muck your trailer out onto the field

3) This event will run in accordance to Pony Club Dressage rules 2024.

4) The organisers reserve the right to cancel part or all of the showq without prior warninh and to change the class format.

5) Judges desicion is final. They may disqualify a competitor at any stage of the competition if in their opinion the horse is sick,lame, exhausted or the misuse of the whip or for cruelty of any kind, including breach of the rules or for unseemly behaviour including bad language

6) The class restrictions shall apply as stated in the class schedule

7) Correct and safe dress must be worn at all times. Suitable footwear with heel and standard hard hats as per Pony club rules 2024 complying with the current BS standards with harness fitted at all times when mounted. Hats must be tagged in accordance with the pony club rulilng 2024

8) Any objections must be made in writing to the District Commissioner of a Vale of CLettwr Pony Club committee member within 15 minutes of the incident accompanied by a £25.00 deposit which will be forfeited if the complaint is not upheld.

9) For the purpose of this show no stallions are permitted

10) All ridden horses must be 4 years old and over

11) No dogs allowed on the show field

12) No horse or pony may be left tied up unattended

13) Owners/ riders enter entirely at their own risk

Vale of Clettwr Pony club, owners, or the show ground and organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to any person, animal or property. The organisers have taken every precaution to ensure the health and safety of those present. For the measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occuring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards at all times. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the event or The Pony club nor any agent, employee, or representative of thse bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant accepts any liability for accident, loss, damage, injury or any other peronal property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
