Rosettes
Rosettes 1st to 6th place An A4 stamped address envelope must be left if you want your score sheets and rosettes sent to you. Please leave in the green hut.
Withdrawals & Refunds
Withdrawals before close of entries 100% refund minus online processing fee if before 30th Jan, no refunds after this date
Cancellation Policy if the events gets cancelled entry fees will be refunded minus £3 admin and less booking fee

To be run in accordance with Pony Club Dressage Rules for Pony Club Activities under COVID-19 restrictions (March 2021)
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

The Pony Club Spring Dressage Series qualification classes are for classes 2, 3, & 4. You must be a Pony Club Member to enter the Qualifiers. If you are not a Pony Club member when you enter for this competition, you will have to join and be a Pony Club to compete at the qualifiers. Please see the pony club website for further information.
The event venue stipulates all horses/ponies entering the event site must comply with the BEF Vaccination guidelines) – Passports must accompany all horses/ponies and spot checks will be undertaken:
Please note you MUST also leave 7 days after any Flu vaccine before competing. (i.e. no vaccinations after 29th January 2022)
For Pony Club classes, members please ensure that the riding hat is tagged in line with the pony club rules (aquamarine tags) There will be no tagging facility on the day.

No dogs allowed out of vehicles at the venue.
All classes OPEN TO NON PONY CLUB MEMBERS, but they must have adequate insurance cover.
Please remove all your litter and horse droppings from the carpark and pick up any from the arenas.
The organisers’ reserve the right to cancel any class, amalgamate sections/classes where there are insufficient entries or split classes if oversubscribed.

The event site is a regulated area and everyone on site must comply with the rules and signage. Please follow all directional markings and instructions from our stewards/volunteers. We reserve the right to cancel if circumstances dictate. Anyone displaying any Covid 19 symptoms MUST NOT attend.
Everyone on site must adhere to Government guidance on social distancing at the time and any additional rules enforced by WVPC for this event. You must adhere to the instructions of our stewards without hesitation. Non-compliance will be reported to your DC and may result in you being asked to leave the event, forfeiting your entry
Please adhere strictly to the times you have been given. If you miss your time, we are unlikely to be able to fit you in later. Please don’t arrive any earlier than an hour before your test.
Hand sanitising points will be provided, and these should be used regularly.
No coaches, parents or helpers in the warm-up arena – but may stand socially distanced outside the ridden arena. Please do not congregate.
Please park where advised by stewards no horses or ponies to be left unattended tied up to boxes at any time.
The only warm up is in the appropriate roped warm up area. Max 8 at any one time, you will not be able to enter the warm up until 30 minutes before your test. You must follow entry and exit lanes set up at the venue.
Secretary on the ground, will be in the green hut & where you can leave an SAE – large letter (A4 envelope) so that your test sheet and any rosettes can be posted on to you. If you do not leave one, your dressage sheet and any rosettes will not be posted.
Please print/make your own allocated rider number or use your number disk. Numbers will be allocated with times. This must be worn at all times and must be easily readable
Once you have competed you should leave the venue as soon as you can.
Anyone disregarding these rules will be asked to leave.
We apologise for the inflexibility of these requirements but hope that you will understand that this is for the benefit of all. It is likely that the venue will come under scrutiny from the local enforcement agencies.

All classes to run under The Pony Club Dressage Rulebook 2020 & The Pony Club Spring Festival 2022 Rules
The top 4 riders in classes 2 to 4 will qualify for the Area Competition in March 20212
The National final is April 8th to 10th 2022 at Arena Uk.
Qualifiers are open to members of any Branch of The Pony Club and non-members. Non-members must become fully paid up members to compete at their Area competition.
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by Wylye Valley Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
West Wilts compromises of 4 All weather arena and host a full schedule of competition throughout the year. It also host a BE standard Cross country Course.
INDOOR SCHOOL: Arena 1
The Indoor school is a generous 72m x 30.5m with a sand and clopf ® fibre surface, overlooked by a heated viewing gallery which accommodates 100 people (tiered seating for 50 and tables and chairs plus standing for a further 50).
A private Sponsors room (6m x 6m) is adjacent to the gallery and also overlooks the main arena. Beneath the gallery is a refreshment area for use at competitions or as and when required.
Hot and cold drinks are available from the office and a cafeteria is open during the busier competitions. The service area to main arena incorporates the toilets.
OUTDOOR ARENA: Arena 2
The outdoor arena is 60m x 20m and has a silica sand and clopf ® fibre surface, and is used as a warm-up arena for both dressage and show-jumping competitions.
OUTDOOR ARENA: Arena 3
A purpose built Judges Box/ Show Secretary Office is adjacent to the arena with full Timing/ PA system.The large Outdoor School measures 80m x 55m with a sand and clopf® fibre surface and is surrounded by a bank with benches for viewing and disabled parking.
OUTDOOR ARENA: Arena 4
Warm up area for Arena 3. 30m x 50m with a Silica Sand/ Clopf ® fibre surface. Arenas 3 & 4 may be joined together (if required) to gave an arena 130m long and 55m wide over 80m and 30m wide for the remaining 50m
