VWH HUNT BRANCH OF THE PONY CLUB INTER BRANCH TEAM SHOW JUMPING
Grassroots 75cm and 85cm Classes
TEAM SHOW JUMPING COMPETITION TO BE RUN UNDER “Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2022”.
Class 1. Pony Club 75cm Team Show Jumping.
Fences will be minimum 70cm, maximum 75cm.
Class 2. Pony Club 85cm Team Show Jumping.
Fences will be minimum 80cm, maximum 85cm.
Courses will be built to Area standard and according to The Pony Show Jumping Rule book 2022.

TIMES and NUMBERS
Team times will be on the Horse-Events website on Thursday 7th July 2022 AFTER 6PM.
Numbers and car passes will be sent to the person making the entries.
Format
Each Pony Club may enter teams of four per class. The best three scores to count. Competitors will jump one round each.
The first half of the course will not be timed, the second half will be timed. Every competitor, unless eliminated or disqualified will jump both sections of the course. Placings will be determined by the three members of each team with the least number of faults. In the case of equality of faults the times of the three counting scores will decide the placings.
Rules
RULES AND SCORING.
All rules for Pony Club Grassroots Area Show Jumping will apply as in the 2022 Rule Book for Pony Club Show Jumping.
Eligibility of horse/pony and rider, tack, and dress must comply with the 2022 Rule Book. Riders and ponies may only compete in one class either 75cm or 85cm.
It is compulsory that ALL riders wear hats/helmets up to British Standard Riding Hats conforming to all PAS 015, VG1 – provided they are BSI Kitemarked. Hats must be tagged with the current Pony Club hat tag.
No whip may be greater than 75cm or less than 45cms in length overall. Hats must be tagged, according to the Pony Club 2020 hat tagging rules.
All horses must be over 4 years of age. All horses and ponies should be vaccinated against Equine Influenza and Tetanus. With regard to EI all horses/ponies should have received a vaccination within 12 months of the date of the competition having already received their initial course of injections. There must be six clear days between the last vaccination and the date of the competition. Passports WILL be randomly checked.
The Judges’ decision is final. They may disqualify any rider at any stage of the competition for dangerous riding, inappropriate behaviour, misuse of the whip or spurs, ill-treatment of horse or pony, or, if in the judges’ opinion, the horse or pony is lame, sick or exhausted.
Completion Rosettes will be awarded to all teams, collected from the Collecting Ring Steward. Team Rosettes to 6th place. Individual Placings to 10th
The organizing committee reserve the right to make any changes or amendments to the competition or rules.
All competitors must be eligible to represent their Branch of the Pony Club as per Rule 27 of the 2022 Pony Club Show Jumping rule book, and VWH Pony Club Rule 1 as stated on this Schedule.
COVID 19 TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ANYONE DISPLAYING ANY COVID 19 SYMPTONS MUST NOT ATTEND.

Refund Policy
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given minus the £5 booking fee

This event is being organised by The VWH Pony Club . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
