Entries Open: Thursday 1st July (Pony Club), Monday 5th July (unaffiliated)
Entries Close: Sunday 18th July

Event Classes
The following classes are available for the UNAFFILIATED and PONY CLUB AREA 10 ONE DAY EVENT Including Area 18 Qualifier
Entries & Entry Fees
Entries: All entries should be made online using www.horse-events.co.uk.
Entry fee: All classes £76.00 + £2 booking fee (no start fee). Horses can compete in one class only. All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.
Riders are welcome to enter Unaffiliated classes on different horses/ponies, subject to eligibility.
This is a single booking form process and entries will not be confirmed without payment.
For Pony Club entries you will need your membership number and Branch/Centre to enter a qualifying class.
Rider and horse amendments can be made online by logging into your Horse-Events account under ‘My bookings’. Here you can edit your details up until close of entries. But if you need to cancel an entry or change a class before the closing date, please email info@horse-events.co.uk .

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
Withdrawal date 20th July no refunds will be made after this date without a Doctor’s or Vet’s certificate and will be subject to an administration fee of £25.00.
After the Withdrawal date, substitutions may only be made as per PC Eventing Rules 2020

Abandonment: In the event of the competition being abandoned, for whatever reason, a refund of 50% of the entry fee will be given.
Times & Numbers
Times: Times will be available after 6.00pm on Friday 30th July at www.horse-events.co.uk and www.branches.pcuk.org/area10/

Rosettes:
1st to 6th for teams
1st to 10 for Individuals, depending on entries.
Rosettes for all competitors in Pony Club 100, 100+ and 110 with double clears and no time faults, kindly donated by Angela Craddock.
Conditions of Entry
Photographic rights: Competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club.
Additional Rules :
- This event and all classes will be run under Pony Club Eventing Rules 2020. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure they are familiar with these rules and that they are eligible for the class entered. The rule book is available on pcuk.org
- COMPETITORS TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN NUMBER BIB AND PRINT OFF THEIR OWN NUMBERS A4 SIZE from horse-events.co.uk. Please have your number ready to show the parking attendants on arrival.
- Hard hats which comply with Pony Club rules must be worn. All hats must be display a current (aqua) tag. Body protectors that comply with Pony Club rules must be worn for the cross-country phase.
- Organisers reserve the right to cancel, merge or alter any class depending on entries.
- Excessive use of the whip, spurs or voice will result in elimination or ejection from the show ground. Rudeness or failure to obey a direction given by a judge, steward or official will result in ejection from the showground.
- The judge’s decision is final. Objections must be lodged with the secretary in writing with a non-refundable £10 deposit within 30 minutes of the end of the class.
- Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Litter, horse manure and dog poo bags must be taken home.
- All participants attend at their own risk. Neither the organisers nor the Pony Club nor land owners accept responsibility for any accident, damage, loss, injury or illness to any horse, animal, rider, spectator or any other person or property whatsoever.
Vaccinations
Vaccination: No horse or pony will be allowed to compete without an up-to date vaccination certificate for Equine Influenza. Pony Club vaccination rules currently require that a horse has received a booster within the past 6 months and not within 7 days of the competition. Any changes to this will be posted on http://branches.pcuk.org/area10/

Please enter all members as individuals, giving their Branch in the ‘Special Requests’ field. DCs or Team Managers must contact Suki Fairweather on 07980 574623 by 9pm on Monday 26th July to confirm the eligibility of their members and to allocate members to their teams. Without this confirmation members can compete as individuals only.
Grassroots Regional Championships Qualifier
PC Grassroots Dressage Test 2018. SJ at 85cm and XC at 80cm. XC Speed 435 mpm. No time penalties for going too slow.

This event is being organised by Area 10 Pony Club . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.

From M5 South/Worcester/Leominster: Take A44.
From Hereford A465 to Bromyard
Travelling north from Bromyard take the B4203 over Bromyard Downs. After 6 miles turn left at the crossroads for Wolferlow and Stoke Bliss.
From M5 North & Droitwich A443 / Stourport A451 to Gt Witley
From Gt Witley take the B4203 towards Bromyard for 6 miles, go through Upper Sapey and past Sapey Golf Club, 1 mile further turn right at the crossroads for Wolferlow and Stoke Bliss.
From A49 North / Ludlow Take the A456 to Tenbury Wells
From Tenbury Wells take B4204 towards Clifton-on-Teme. At the Upper Sapey Crossroads turn right B4203 towards Bromyard go through Upper Sapey and past Sapey Golf Club, 1 mile turn right at the crossroads for Wolferlow and Stoke Bliss.
