Fees Entry is £16 per Individual (including first aid cover) plus £1.45 non-refundable booking fee.

Please include team names and Team Managers to email team lists to , priority will be given to team entries.

Changes and Editing your Booking 

To edit your horse / rider / team details before the closing date of the event, please login to your Horse-Events account and edit your booking under the “MY BOOKING” tab. If you would like to change the class – please email info@ and if there is space available, we will do this for you.


For ALL changes of horse and rider substitutions after the closing date, there is a £5 charge, please fill out the following form online at

Novice Combinations cannot compete in other rings and must not have competed at ANY PC Area with SJ 80cm + or BS / BE.

The Warm-up area will be limited to a safe number and practice fences will be adjusted by 1 coach only per team in the warm-up arena, no lungeing or riding by non-competitors on site.

Dress and Saddlery & Number Bibs

Dress and Saddlery : The Pony Club Saddlery and Dress Rules 2022 apply. All competitors must wear jodhpur / riding boots. Stirrups should be the correct size to suit the rider’s boots with at least a 7mm (¼”) clearance on either side of the boot.  Body Protectors are optional, air jackets if worn, must be worn in combination with a body protector. Please note restrictions on whip type, stirrup type and horse boot type in 2022 rules, or ask your DC.


Number Bibs: Competitors must bring their own number bib and must print out THREE numbers, two for their bib and one for the windscreen of their vehicle. Numbers are listed and printed out from – the Belvoir Team Show Jumping event page.


Course Walk and Arena Party

 Course Walk and Arena Party – The course will be available for walking prior to the start of each class and course walks will feature mid-way through the classes.


Results Format & Scoring

Format & Scoring:

Teams of four riders with the best three scores to count.

Class 3:  Two rounds will be jumped with the second round being over a shortened course and timed.  Riders will jump as a team in both rounds.

All other classes:  Single phase, the 2nd half of the round will be against the clock.

Results Will be displayed on, and rosettes distributed as per the info available with the times on 29th May after 7pm, based on COVID guidelines.






Rosettes will be awarded to teams placed 1st to 6th, Individual 1st – 6th rosettes.

Please can branch DC’s / team managers ensure that all their competitors are aware of the competition rules and format.

Equine Influenza Vaccinations within 12 months as per PC Rules in force.

  1. To be run under the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2022
  2. Open to all Pony Club members (25 years & under). Age as of 1st January 2022
  3. The same rider may compete twice in a team on a different horse/pony, no pony / horse may compete in more than 2 classes.
  4. It is mandatory for all competitors to wear a protective helmet at all times when mounted with the chin straps fastened and adjusted so as to prevent movement of the hat in the event of a fall. The hat must be manufactured to one of the minimum standards listed in the Pony Club Hat Rule. Hat checks will be carried out. All hats must be tagged with either an aquamarine Pony Club, British Eventing (BE) or British Riding Club (BRC) hat tag; this can be done on the day in the Office.
  5. No competitor or representative may access the Judges Box at ANY TIME during the day.
  6. Any queries to the organiser in the office please via DC or Team Manager.
  7. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify anyone for misuse of whip or spurs, dangerous riding or any horse in poor or lame condition.
  8. Horses/Ponies must not be left unattended at any time or left tied to the outside of lorries or trailers. Please could you ensure that you clear up any droppings left by your horse / pony.

Legal Liability Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event nor The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.  Entries are only accepted on this basis.


Health and Safety The organiser of this Event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event.  For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.


Insurance Non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club Insurance and must have their own third-party cover.  The Belvoir Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.

No pushchairs or dogs in Horse-walks or warm-ups. Dogs must be on a lead.

As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
