Open to Pony Club Members and Non Pony Club, Adults and Children
Show Cross: Show jumping and cross country
Classes from: 50cm (over shortened cross country course) – 90/95cm
Family members and friends attending must abide by current Covid rules.

The following classes are available for the South Northumberland Branch of the Pony Club Show Cross and Hunter trial
Entries & Entry Fees
Entries Fees:

Show Cross: Show jumping and cross country –
Class 1:– £30, Classes 2,3,4 – £35
Classes: 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b – Show-cross with hunter trial entry (£5 extra) – £35 & £40
Hunter trial:
Class: 5 – £20,
Classes: 6,7,8- £25
Notes:
Competitors in the show cross can pay and extra £5 to be included into the hunter trial class.
Entries subject to a non refundable booking fee as stated online.
ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY 23rd APRIL 2021
Late entries may be taken at the discretion of The Secretary with a £5 Charge.
Course Walk and Cross Country
COURSE WALK AVAILABLE FROM 1PM ON SUNDAY 2nd MAY
Cross Country rounds will be judged on an undisclosed optimum time based on the Pony club eventing 2021 rules. Depending on ground conditions this may be part or the whole course.
Each pony/ horse can only go around the cross country course once, unless one round is Class 5.
Rosettes
THERE WILL BE NO SECRETARY ON THE DAY, ALL RESULTS WILL BE POSTED ONLINE & ROSETTES WILL BE POSTED
Withdrawals & Refunds
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation South Northumberland reserve the right to retain £5 of the total entry fee)
Refunds: No refunds after the closing date unless you send a Dr or Vet certificate.
Substitution
If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your account and edit your booking under the ‘MY BOOKING’ Tab
If you would like to change the class please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available we will do this for you.
Covid Regulations:
ADDITIONAL COVID-19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- All those on site for the competition must adhere to current social distancing guidance.
- Anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms (or anyone who has been in contact with someone displaying symptoms) should stay at home.
- Each rider may bring one support person, plus an additional support person per horse. No additional spectators may attend the event and only those children competing may attend the event.
- There will be no secretary’s tent on the competition day. For any queries on the day ONLY please ring 07739949080
- Please park to allow for social distancing.
- Numbers will be limited in warm up areas – please follow the directions of the steward in that area.
- Only riders are allowed in the warm up arena. No coaches or any other person allowed, other than event officials.
- There will not be any presentations on the day. Results will be posted online and rosettes will be sent after the event.
- Passports will not be routinely checked but there may be spot checks on the day, so please make sure you have your horse’s passport with you.
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by South Northumberland Branch of The Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.

RULES AND CONDITIONS
- The event will be run in accordance with the pony club eventing rules 2021
- Objections must be accompanied by a deposit of £30, which will be forfeited unless the objection is upheld. The judges decision is final
- THERE WILL BE NO SECRETARY ON THE DAY, ALL RESULTS WILL BE POSTED ONLINE & ROSETTES WILL BE POSTED
- Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are NOT allowed on the cross country course on competition day
- Classes may be split into sections if we have large entries.
- Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
- All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The South Northumberland Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
