Classes 1, 4 & 5: £15 per combination
Class 2 & 3: £16 per combination
All entries are subject to a non refundable booking fee of £1.45

Times & Course Walk

Course Walks will take place prior to the start and at regular intervals throughout the day.

In the event of cancellation, £5 of the entry fee will be retained to defray costs.

Your entry is deemed to include acceptance of these rules
Entries will close on Thursday 23rd December 2021. There will be no refunds after the close of entries without a vet’s or doctor’s certificate. Enter online at horse-events.co.uk

All classes will be run as single phase with the second half of the course to be timed.
Course Walks will take place prior to the start and at regular intervals throughout the day.
No entries can be made after the start of the relevant class. All classes are open to adults and children.
Combinations cannot take part in more than two classes per day. Horses cannot take part more than once in each class or in more than three classes on the day.
In the event of cancellation, £5 of the entry fee will be retained to defray costs. No refunds after the closing date.
After the relevant closing date no substitution may be made of horses or riders except in the case of illness, lameness or other unavoidable circumstances which must be certified in writing to the secretary. No substitutions once the class starts.
A booking fee will be applied to all entries by Horse Events and a compulsory First Aider cover will be applied to every rider.
The Judge’s decision is final. Objections must be made in writing within 10 minutes of the results being published with a deposit of £20, refunded if objection is upheld.
All Classes will run in accordance with The Pony Club Show Jumping 2020 Rule Book and The Pony Club Spring Festival Show Jumping 2022 Rules.

This event is being organised by The Old Berkshire Hunt Pony Club . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
The Unicorn Equestrian Centre is in the heart of the Cotswold was established in 1996 and is a purpose built all weather equestrian facility.
It has been specifically designed to meet the highest standard required for a wide variety of equestrian disciplines.
Facilities include:
66 x 30m indoor arena with viewing gallery and seating for 100 plus people.
60 x 20m outdoor area.
100 x 40m carriage driving arena.
Conference facilities for large and small meetings, ample stabling and parking, on-site accommodation and home cooked catering.

Venue Location
LEGAL LIABILITY:
PUBLIC SAFETY AND EVENT LIABILITY
- When not being ridden all horses must be kept to the horse box park or collecting rings. No exercising in the car/lorry park, or among spectators.
- No lunging in the lorry park.
- No horses/ponies to be tied to trailers or lorries.
- No dogs allowed.
- All horses and ponies must be vaccinated against equine flu within the past 12 months, according to Pony Club Vaccination rules.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry, restrict entries and make alterations when necessary
DISCLAIMER
- Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
- The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
- All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Old Berkshire Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
