The Pony Club Novice Dressage Test 2019
Open to all PC Branch and Centre Members that fulfil the following criteria: Combinations of horse/pony and rider are not eligible if they have represented their Branch/Centre at Open or Intermediate Area Qualifiers for The Pony Club Summer Dressage Championships. Riders are not eligible if they have competed at The Pony Club Open or Intermediate Summer Dressage Championships. Riders not to have won any BD (or DI) points Novice level or above. Horses are not eligible if they have won any points at BD (or DI) Elementary level or above in the current calendar year.

The Pony Club Intermediate Dressage Test 2013
Open to all PC Branch and Centre Members that fulfil the following criteria: Combinations of horse/pony and rider are not eligible if they have represented their Branch/Centre at Open Area Qualifiers for The Pony Club Summer Dressage Championships or competed at the Summer or Winter Open Dressage Championships. Combination not to have won any BD (or DI) points at Elementary level or above, or competed at Medium level. Horses are not eligible if they have won any points at BD (or DI) Elementary level or above in the current calendar year.

Class 7 Open Winter League Dressage Series Preliminary Round Qualifier
The Pony Club Open Dressage Test 2019
Open to all PC Branch and Centre Members. Horses which have competed at Advanced Medium level or above during the current year are not eligible. This includes Hors Concours entries.
Non members may compete in the preliminary rounds of the Winter League qualifiers but need to become members in order to compete at the Area 2nd round qualifier for the Championships.

PLEASE NOTE the POST CODE is TN15 7HT but with some SAT NAV equipment you will be taken to BUTCHERS LANE instead of WEST YOKE.
Three different routes
1. From the M26 at WROTHAM Take the 2a exit then first left at the roundabout (A227 sign posted to Wrotham and Gravesend). Take the third exit at the next roundabout (A20 Brands Hatch, West Kingsdown), up the hill to the next roundabout, then take the first exit (A20 Brands Hatch, West Kingsdown). Continue for 1 ½ miles pass “Horse & Groom” pub on right. Taking the next right signposted New Ash Green, Ash & Hartley (South Ash Road) Continue along for 2 ¼ through miles Ash pass Petrol Garage on left and take next left at cross roads sign posted West Yoke Eaglesfield is along the lane about half a mile on the left. 2. From Longfield From Longfield take the Ash Road through Hartley. At the roundabout at the top of Hartley Hill turn right. Pass the Royal Oak public house on the left. At the small cross roads turn right into West Yoke. Eaglesfield Equestrian Centre is ½ mile on left. 3. From A20/Farningham Follow A20 through West Kingsdown about 1 mile after going under the Motorway bridge turn left at the road signposted Ash, New Ash Green and Hartley (South Ash Road). Immediately pass the Woodlands Garden Centre on the left. Follow the road past the Anchor & Hope on the right. Having gone trough Ash village, you will come to a 40 mph sign, then the Heaver Tropical Fish Aquarium on the left and a petrol station (Q8 garage) also on the left. At the next small cross roads turn left into West Yoke (signposted Fawkham) and Eaglesfield Equestrian Centre is ½ mile along on the left. Distance from the A20 is about 3 miles. These routes are suitable for horse boxes and lorries. |

This event is being organised by NORTH WEST KENT BRANCH OF THE PONY CLUB. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.

Rules and Conditions of Entry.
RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All dogs must be kept on short leads.
For Health & Safety reasons it is a requirement that all competitors abide by the following Rules & Regulations
- All Classes are run in accordance with the Pony Club Dressage Rule Book 2019 and the Winter League Dressage Rules 2019/20.
- Hats must be current BSI standard and be securely fixed. PC rules apply.
- Non members are allowed to compete in the Preliminary Rounds of the Winter League series but must be paid up members to compete at the Area 2nd round Competition.
- Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever
- THE JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL
- In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded less £2.
- The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards.
- All tests may be commanded.
- No horse or pony shall be left unattended or tied to a trailer or horsebox unless supervised by a responsible person.
- Parents/Guardians – please do not allow children to be noisy alongside the arena. Thank you.
