Pre entry only – no entries on the day
Class 1 70cm max
Class 2 Pairs (jump any height)
Class 3 80cm max
Class 4 90 cm max
Class 5 100 cm max
Riders complete a course of show jumps and then move straight to the cross-country phase.
Optimum time for 1st section of the course will be displayed on the course plan. The rider/s going clear and closest to the optimum time wins.
Run under Pony Club 2022 Show Jumping and Eventing rules.
Refreshments, photographer and tack shop on site.

Entries in advance only via www.horse-events.co.uk by Sunday 12th June please!
Classes 1, 3, 4, 5 – £28.00 for Pony Club members / £30 for non-Pony Club members.
Class 2 – £47 Pony Club members / £50 non-Pony Club members
(all fees include £3/person for First Aid cover).
All entries are subject to a non refundable booking fee as stated online
Course Walking
Maximum of two rounds per horse.
• Hats and body protectors will be checked for compliance, but it will be the responsibility of
the rider and accompanying adult to ensure tack is safe and within the rules.
• The course may be walked from 5.30 pm on Friday.
• Bring hand sanitizer and use it at regular intervals during the day.

Please print two copies of your number and bring your own number bib.
Withdrawals & Refunds
No refunds after the closing date without a doctor’s or vet’s certificate to be sent in by Sunday.

In all matters the Judges’ decision is final.
Objections must be made in writing to the Secretary’s office with a £10 deposit. The deposit will be
refunded if the objection is sustained.
The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse any entry and to cancel any class.
Dogs must always be kept on a lead.
• L fences (if used) are smaller, easier alternative fences but incur 15 Penalties. The coloured number
and red L on a white background will be on the right flag for the class.
• All competitors must wear a body protector and an approved hat to current British
standard; PAS 015:1998 or 2011 with BSI Kitemark. VG1 with BSI Kitemark. SNELL E2001 (with
the official Snell label & Number). ASTM-F1163 2004a with SEI mark. AS/NZS 3838, 2006. Body
protector must be current standard and meet BETA 2009 Level 3 Standard (purple label) or the BETA
2018 Level 3 standard (blue label). Hats should be tagged with the current colour tag.
* If an air vest is worn it must have another body protector underneath it.
* Note: Riders who choose to use the Woof wear body Cage EXO must lodge a key with the
event organiser when they collect their number.
• Chin straps must always be fastened when mounted and no fixed peaks are permitted. Medical
armbands to be worn on arm only.
• Long hair should be tied back and secured in a hairnet to be kept clear of the number.

This event is being organised by North Cornwall Hunt. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.

Directions
From; Exeter A30 come off at( Whiddon Down). Follow Winkleigh signpost to join the A3124. The course is approx. 4 miles from this junction.
From; Crediton town follow the A377 toward Copplestone and onto Morchard road station, turn left on the A3220 towards Winkleigh. Just before Winkleigh village take the left onto the A3124 towards North Tawton. We are approx. 1 mile on the left.
From; Barnstaple/Bideford take your chosen route to Winkleigh village then follow signs toward A3124 (North Tawton) we will be 1 mile from Winkleigh on the left on the A3124.
From; Cornwall A30 come off at (Sourton Junction) and follow signs towards (Follygate/Hatherleigh) A368. After Follygate turn right onto the A3072 towards (North Tawton/Winkleigh). Follow signs to (North Tawton/Winkleigh) and turn left on to the A3124. The course is approx. 4 miles from this junction.

Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and
safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take
all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey
the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
Legal Liability
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or
anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or
The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the
landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or
illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and
accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted
on this basis.
