Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry, cancel the event or alter timings of phases and to divide or amalgamate classes according to entries.

For section a) only – ELIGIBILITY: Combination of horse/pony and rider are NOT eligible if they have: Represented their Branch/Centre at PC100 (Intermediate) or above at Summer Area Qualifiers for The Pony Club Show Jumping Championships. Been placed 1st – 3rd as INDIVIDUAL in the PC90 (Novice) or above Pony Club Show Jumping Championships.
Rider is NOT eligible if they have: Previously competed at the Winter Series Open Grand Prix Championships; or The Pony Club Show Jumping Final at Hickstead

For section a) only – ELIGIBILITY: Combination of horse/pony and rider are NOT eligible if they have represented their Branch/Centre at PC110 (Open) Summer Area Qualifiers for The Pony Club Show Jumping Championships (this does not include any other classes held in conjunction with the Area Qualifier)

COVID 19 REGULATIONS
Pony Club Covid guidance will be followed for this event, this is likely to include social distancing, restrictions on numbers in the warm-up and collection of rosettes.
COVID-19 REGULATIONS
- Everyone on site must adhere to Government guidance
- Social distancing AT ALL TIMES, anyone feeling unwell must NOT
- Park 5m away from the next vehicle.
- Each horse & rider combination may have only ONE supporter which may be a parent/driver/ groom. So, 2 horses and 1 rider means 2 supporters. The supporter(s) must be named on the Entry Form and checks will be made at the Lorry Park entrance. NO additional spectators are permitted. Children must not be left unattended at any time.
- Warm-up arena will be stewarded and a maximum of 5 competitors (those due in jumping order) allowed at any time.
- 1 supporter per competitor allowed by the warm-up arena.
- The downstairs viewing is open to the supporter of the rider (no spectators) only whilst they are competing.
- There will not be a Secretary on the day – any objections must be made to Sue Mitchell (event organiser) who will be found by entry door to arena.
- SAFETY TACK INSPECTION – due to Covid-19 there will not be a tack inspection but competitors (or the accompanying adult) are responsible for the safety of their equipment and compliance to Pony Club rules.
- The cafe will be open – Face masks are mandatory in the café

This event is being organised by NEW FOREST HUNTS BRANCH OF THE PONY CLUB. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
Crofton Manor Equestrian Centre is popular throughout the year with many jumping, dressage and showing competitions.
The Indoor Arena offers the latest purpose built equestrian facilities and Cafeteria which overlooks the arena and is open on show days. The fully covered arena area has a Gel Tracked Surface and is 60x23m

New Outdoor Arena
The brand new Olympic sized arena is 67 Meters x 67 Meters.

Rules & Conditions of Entry
RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. All Classes are run in accordance with The Pony Club Show Jumping 2020 Rule Book and the PC Spring Festival 2020 / 2021 Rules. This includes PC members wearing the correct attire.
2. All Pony Club members must wear tagged British Standard approved hardhats to standard: PAS 015 or 2011, VGI, Snell E2001, AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards) or ATSM F1163.
3. Non-members are allowed to compete in the Preliminary Rounds but must be paid up members to compete at the Area Competition.
4. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
5. All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third-party cover. The New Forest Hunts Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
6. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded less £2. No entry will be refunded without a doctor’s or a vet certificate.
7. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards.
8. Horses/ponies may not compete more than once in each class and no more than 3 classes. Stallions by prior approval of NFHPC.
9. Clear up all droppings and hay. Hay nets not to be hung outside of trailers. No mucking out of horseboxes/trailers into the car park.
10. Judge’s decision is final. Objections to event organiser within 30 minutes of the incident with £20 refundable at the discretion of the NFHPC Committee.
11. In all Pony Club Show Jumping, excessive use of the whip including repeated slapping down the shoulder is prohibited. The rules state that the whip may be used a maximum of three times during any round Use of the whip will be monitored, and excessive use may result in elimination at the discretion of the Judges.
