- BEANIE GIRLS/BOYS : 8 yrs. – Bean bag throw, 2min swim, 500m run
2. TADPOLE GIRLS : 8-9yrs 7m – Shoot, 2min swim, 1000m run
3. TADPOLE BOYS : 8-9yrs – 7m Shoot, 2min swim, 1000m run
4. MINIMUS GIRLS : 10 – 11 yrs. – 7 m shoot, 2 min swim, 1000m run
5. MINIMUS BOYS : 10 -11 yrs. – 7m shoot, 2 min swim, 1000m run
6. JUNIOR GIRLS : 12 – 14 yrs. – 7m shoot, 3 min swim, 1500m run
7. JUNIOR BOYS : 12 – 14 yrs. – 7 m shoot, 3 min swim, 1500m run
8 OPEN GIRLS – 10 m shoot, 3 min swim, 1500m run
9. OPEN BOYS 0 10 m shoot, 4 min swim, 3000m run
- Tadpole competitors aged between 8 (on day of competition) – 9yrs on 1st January 2022
- Minimus competitors aged between 9-11yrs on 1st January 2022
- Junior Competitors aged between 12 -14 on 1st January 2022
- Open Competitors aged 25 and under on 1st January 2022

Withdrawals & Refunds
Refunds in full up to the closing date
Cancellation: if for any reason the event is cancelled full refunds will be given
All entries are subject to a noon refundable booking fee
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by Middleton Hunt (East Side) Pony Club . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.

LEGAL LIABILITY: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Middleton Hunt (East Side) Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
