Event Classes

The following classes are available for the Lyford Stud MINI HUNTER TRIAL JULY

CLASS 1 Super Mini Approx. height 30cm Lead rein and assistance may be given.
Will be over a shortened course and completely enclosed in a field/roped arena.
CLASS 2 Minimus Pairs Approx height 45cm Lead rein and assistance may be given.
Will be over a slightly shortened course.
CLASS 3 Minimus Approx height 45cm Lead rein and assistance may be given
Will be over a slightly shortened course
CLASS 4 Pairs Approx height 55cm
CLASS 5 Approx. height 55cm
CLASS 6 Approx height 75cm

Entries & Entry Fees

Entry Fees: 

CLASS 1:  – £20

CLASS 2 :  – £35 per pair

CLASS 3 : – £22

CLASS 4:   – £38 per pair

CLASS 5 & 6 – £25

All entries are subject to a non refundable booking fee of £1.45/ £1.85

 

Entries close Tuesday prior to event.

Please do not attend if you or any of your attendants are showing signs of covid symptoms and please be covid aware especially in the secretary/catering areas. Others attending may be vulnerable. Please wash/sanitize hands frequently, masks at your discretion.

Substitution

If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your account and edit your booking under the ‘MY BOOKING’ Tab

If you would like to change the class please email info@horse-events.co.uk  and if there is space available we will do this for you.

Cancellation:

If the event is cancel due to adverse weather the event will be re arranged and all entries will be transferred or a refund if requested before the close of entry.

Refunds will be less the booking fee and £5 admin fee.

Withdrawals: up to the close of entry full refund.

No refunds after the close of entries.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF ENTRY

  1. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner, or his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, or their property, howsoever caused.
  2. Correct attire, including a hard hat to current safety standards, must be worn at all times when mounted.
  3. Body protectors are recommended but not compulsory for Showjumping but are compulsory for cross country.
  4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the show, alter classes, judges, time, or any of the published information.
  5. Horses, ponies, and riders must be 4 years and over.
  6. No horses, ponies, or children to be left unattended.
  7. Please clear up any droppings/hay by lorry/trailer prior to leaving.
  8. No lunging.
  9. It is a deemed a condition of entry that all competitors have inspected the ground/surface prior to entering and are happy to proceed.
  • No dogs.
  • All riders have assessed the courses and have entered a class they deem within their capabilities.
  • If you have any special requests, re timings, etc, please put it in the special requests box as times will not be changed once posted

 

Event Booking Information

This event is being organised by Carol Starkey, Lyford Stud . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.

As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.

We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
