In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £1.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Rules and Conditions of Entry
1. The Llangeinor Pentyrch Hunt, it’s officials, agents or landowners cannot be held responsible for any accident, theft, loss or damage arising out of, or at the show. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
2. Hard hats to the current up to date standard with correctly fitted harnesses must be worn all times when mounted and jackets when competing. Back protectors are encouraged especially whilst jumping.
3. All those attending the event are asked to comply with all directional signs and any verbal instructions given by show officials. Pedestrians are obliged to keep away from any area specifically designated for horses and riders only.
4. The Committee reserves the right to refuse right of entry, withhold any prize money, disqualify any competitor.
5. The decision of the Judge on all competitions, and that of the Committee in cases of dispute is final, and without further appeal.
6. Any objections must be lodged with the secretary, in writing, within thirty minutes of the end of the class concerned together with a £20 deposit, returnable if the objection is sustained.
7. No persons (except when competing) will be allowed inside the ring under any circumstances. This rule will be strictly enforced.
8. A pony or horse that kicks, is not properly under control or is in any way deemed unfit to ride, shall be disqualified.
9. Dogs must be on a lead at all times.
10. If anyone falls off, Jumping or Showing they must leave the ring.
11. The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to classes without explanation except to the appropriate bodies. The Committee cannot be held responsible for any error in the time schedule, and reserves the right to cancel or amend the same in any way.
12. All vehicles parked at owners risk.
13. Competitors are to have adequate public liability insurance in place.
14.EQUINE FLU – Competitors are strongly urged to ensure that their horses are up to date with their vaccinations in accordance with their Vets advice (12monthly boosters are recomended. Please make sure that animals are in general good health before attending. Animals showing any signs of disease or infection will be asked to leave.
15. There will be a surcharge of £3 per RIDER & HORSE COMBINATION for Professional First Aid Cover.
